The Solid Waste Facility Contractor Snow Dump
The Solid Waste Facility (SWF) has a seasonal contractor snow dump for the disposal of non-contaminated snow, free of foreign debris. The site is maintained on an ongoing basis by SWF operators due to frequent vehicle traffic. Extreme caution should be practiced by all contractors accessing the snow dump. In the event unusual activity or debris is found within a snow load it should be reported immediately to SWF staff via emailing the Solid Waste Facility or reporting directly to the SWF gatehouse staff.
Contractors Wanting Access to the Contractor Snow Dump Must:
- Have an active and updated Baling Facility Account
- Email the Solid Waste Facility to request a Contractor Snow Dump User Agreement or go to the SWF gatehouse to request a paper copy
- Complete, sign, and submit the agreement for approval before using the site
- Repeat this process annually for approval each snow dump season
Only approved users are permitted access to the contractor snow dump.
