Wednesday Story Time 2 - 4 years Drop In Program 

Story Time is a fun way to introduce your child to the joys of books and learning. Join us for stories, fun, and crafts in the library meeting room. We ask that a parent or caregiver attend with the child. Admission is free. Dayhomes are welcome.

Thursday Baby Time 0 - 18 months Drop In Program 

Join us for a program that introduces you and your baby to the joy of music, rhyme, lap play, and more. This early childhood literacy program is for children aged 18 months and younger and their parent or caregiver. Siblings welcome. Admission is free.

Thursdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. (Last half hour is socialization time) - No programs on Statutory Holidays or March Break

Guess Your Favourite Storybook Character Contest 

How many famous Storybook Characters are you able to name from their pictures? The Yellowknife Public Library invites you to try your hand at this contest!

Drop by the Yellowknife Public Library to pick up your entry form or visit www.yellowknife.ca/ypl  children’s programs to obtain.  Program runs until March 16, 2025.

Program open to children ages 3 to 8. The winner will be drawn from all entries that have the most correct answers.
