To use the Yellowknife Accessible Transit System, (YATS) you must first submit an application. The application must be signed by a health care professional. The application form includes the following information:
- Identification of the user
- Type of mobility aid used
- If an attendant is required
- If the disability is temporary or permanent

If any information on the application changes you should inform YATS as soon as possible. It is important for YATS staff to have up to date information for each registered user.
