37th Annual Bike Rodeo

The City of Yellowknife’s Municipal Enforcement Division (MED) invites all school-aged children from kindergarten to grade six and their parents to join the 37th Annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Yellowknife Multiplex. 2025 Spring Clean-Up

With warmer weather approaching and longer days returning, the City of Yellowknife is pleased to announce the return of its annual Spring Clean-Up program. This long-standing initiative offers non-profit and community organizations the opportunity to contribute to the beautification of our city while earning $700 per assigned clean-up area.

Tax Payments

The City of Yellowknife would like to remind residents that property taxes can be paid by pre-authorized monthly payments. Signing up for automatic payments helps to ensure that no interest incurs on late payments. The deadline to enroll for pre-authorized monthly payments is January 15 and July 15 of each year.

To sign up for pre-authorized payments, submit the completed pre-authorization form, along with a void cheque, to the City of Yellowknife one of the following ways:
